Game Over: Planet is an experimental Fortnite project that stages nature-inspired art exhibitions within four interconnected, gallery-like environments. Players explore non-linear pathways where organic forms, sculptural structures, minerals, and ritual artifacts invite both wonder and interaction.
Unlike traditional gameplay centered on creation or preservation, progress here depends on acts of destruction. Each mission is completed only when players dismantle or damage the exhibited works, transforming moments of beauty into debris. While this mechanic enables advancement, it also leaves players with an unsettling sense of complicity—a deliberate provocation that mirrors real-world cycles of extraction, consumption, and ecological loss.
By intertwining play and guilt, Game Over: Planet functions as both game and critical artwork. It offers a multi-sensory museum where exploration leads not only to discovery but also to reflection on how entertainment, culture, and human action contribute to the ongoing erosion of the Earth itself..
